GMP welcomes players of all skill levels. Annual membership includes access to all scheduled indoor and outdoor play sessions, club events, and communications. GMP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

2026 Annual Membership Fees

• Effective January 1 - December 31, 2026. Annual fees cannot be prorated for a partial year.

• Paid before January 1, 2026:  Check or cash  $65     |     Online / credit card  $68

• Paid January 1, 2026 or later:  Check or cash  $70     |     Online / credit card  $73

To Submit Your Application

1. Download and print the 2026 Membership Application.

2. Complete and sign the form.

3. Mail your signed application to:

4. Mail cash or a check made payable to "GMP"  with the signed application or click above to pay inital dues online.  

5. To pay with a credit card, click the Online Annual Dues Payment button above. Mail the signed application to the address in #3.

6. Membership applications and dues can also be delivered to New Hope Church Gym during scheduled GMP times, and placed in a designated envelope.

Information on New and Renewing Memberships

GMP welcomes anyone interested in learning or wishing to play pickleball to become a member.  There are several benefits to joining GMP including the following:

• Access to indoor play at New Hope Church

• Access to outdoor play during GMP scheduled playing days and times

• Access to outdoor equipment at any time (there is a code for the storage box containing nets and balls)

• Invitations to social events and annual meeting

• Participation in GMP tournaments

Membership dues and our liability insurance policy operate on a calendar year, January 1 through December 31.  Neither can be prorated.   The dues cover costs for using the gym, providing equipment, and liability insurance.  This liability insurance covers GMP members at all GMP scheduled activities.

During indoor play at the New Hope Church, Cedaredge, you can pick up a membership application form at the church.  Fill it out along with a check made out to GMP and put it in the marked envelope for membership applications.  (The forms will also be available in our outdoor equipment box).

You can print out the form and mail it along with your check (made out to GMP) to Coni Wolfe, 360 SW 8th Ave, Cedaredge CO 81413.  Payment can also be made electronically.  If paying electronically, print the application form and sign it.  Mail it to Coni Wolfe or place in the envelope marked for membership applications at the Church.

Each new or renewing member must fill out and sign a form, and pay dues for the current year prior to playing even if all of the contact information is the same from previous member applications.  This is necessary to make sure that we honor our strict agreement with New Hope that each member signs a waiver and we will carry liability insurance for everyone who plays with GMP at the church.  It is our understanding that GMP cannot have drop-in guests or players use the gym who are not members.

There will be a current Membership List in the red folder updated frequently so we can check that everyone playing is a GMP member.

Members of New Hope Church are welcome to use GMP's equipment that is stored at the church, and we have offered to give instruction.  However, this applies to non-GMP designated times.  Any New Hope Church member wishing to play with GMP during our designated times must join, which affords the benefit of participating in other GMP activities, including the time scheduled for outdoor play.
